- Loss of Use coverage for the reasonable amount of time required to restore you home
- Personal property special limits for items lost, misplaced or stolen: $10,000 for jewelry, $5,000 for furs, $5,000 for guns and $10,000 for silverware
- Accidental breakage special limit of $50,000 for crystal, china, porcelains, figurines, statuary, sculptures, mirror, wine bottles, glassware and similar items.
- Backup sewer and drain coverage with no special limits, subject to a policy or state-specific deductible
- Data restoration coverage for up to $5,000 for expenses incurred to replace or recreate lost personal data store on a personal computer or mobile computing device owned or leased
- Unlimited coverage for refrigerated food in the event of a power interruption or a mechanical breakdown with no deductible, subject to a special limit of $5,000 for wine.
- Lock replacement coverage for up to $1,000 (notify us within 72 hours of discovery).
- Loss assessment coverage up to $50,000 with a maximum of $10,000 for assessment resulting for a homeowners’ association insurance deductible
- Identity theft and fraud expense coverage up to $25,000 with optional limits up to $100,000
- Travel assistance and identity assistance benefits
- Equipment breakdown benefits are automatically included by endorsement with every policy
- Deductible waived for a covered total loss, except if a special deductible applies
