To be eligible for this upgraded fleet program, here are the eligibility requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 power units.
  • We’ll allow up to 30 power units with a maximum of 40 total units (power units + trailers) for fleets in any of these 6 states.
  • Allow for unlimited radius for fleets in these 6 states.
  • At least three years in business.
  • All vehicles garaged a single state.
  • Requested effective date is at least two weeks after date of submission.
  • Satisfactory loss experience, based on a currently valued three-year loss run.

So what do we need from you? A completed application with the following information:

  • Commercial Insurance applicant information with business name, address, and description of operations.
  • Business auto section with the following: driver name, date of birth, driver’s license number, and state of issuance, vehicle descriptions including VIN, body type, radius, garaging ZIP and stated amount tif physical damage coverage is requested, Commercial Auto Coverage/limits with requested liability limits and physical damage deductibles, if requested.
  • A completed fleet supplemental application.
  • Three-year loss runs from current/prior carrier(s), dated within 60 days of requested effective date.
  • Current and renewal declarations pages
  • A complete submission is required to clock submissions with exclusivity for 30 days beyond the requested policy effective date.
