We now has a dedicated auto catastrophe (CAT) team, made up of flexible and talented employees who are stationed around the country, ready to leave at a moment’s notice and respond in a CAT situation. Not only will they help minimize the impact when a catastrophic event occurs, they’ll also assist with non-CAT volume when they’re not deployed. With trained specialists there to offer expertise during large-scale events and provide on-site claims assistance, local claims representatives will have the support they need to serve you during a catastrophe.
