There is a new program we are offering at All Access Insurance specifically for Builders in partnership with Builders Tradesmen’s Insurance Services, Inc. (BTIS).
Much can go wrong when you are building a commercial building or residence. There are multiple people to work with, products to order, ship and care for. In addition to working with contractors and developers who may or may not do business the way you do it. Did we mention timelines? There are always timelines to meet in the building process. This can be beneficial or detrimental. This program provides the needed coverage to ensure everything is taken care of during the construction process. It covers the builder’s risk/course of construction coverages for owners/builders, contractors and developers building or remodeling either residential or small commercial properties at every stage of the build. Commercial Risks
- The minimum premium is as low as $500 but it varies by state.
- $1,000,000 in value for the frame
- Up to $20,000,000 for other structure types
Residential Risks
- Minimum premium as los was $400 but this also varies by state
- Frame value of up to $3,000,000.
- Other structure types are covered up to $20,000,000 also
