As you most likely know, parts of the U.S. have been struggling with brutally cold temperatures for days now - 19 below zero in Indiana, 32 below in South Dakota, 15 below in Illinois, and that's not counting the wind chill.

Some employers have outside workers that still must do their jobs or the operation comes to a halt. This is just bad for business. It goes this way in the hot temperatures of summer and the freezing cold of the winters. Some people have no choice but to brave the cold weather as it is part of their jobs.
